Sorry for the delay on the posting! I was having a little bit of trouble but we are back on track and are moving!

Spelling: New words handed study for quiz this Friday ( humane, loggers, tapeworms, naturalist, implied)

The Little Prince: Pages 88-99 Take home quiz will be given out on Tuesday and is due Friday December 7th

Family Dinner Night

On December 6th the entire school is being offered a family dinner night at the McKinley.

Tickets are $3.00 for each person and can be purchased at the Main office. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ON THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT

The Menu: 2 stuffed shells w/ marinara sauce,  Caesar salad, bread, 16 oz water, and a chocolate chip cookie 



There are 2 seatings 4:30-5:15 and 5:30-6:00

5th Grade Basket Raffle

The 5th Grade is selling basket raffle tickets. Proceeds will go to the 5th grade end of the year activities.

Tickets are 6 tickets for $5.00

or

1 ticket for $1.00

Tickets can be purchased from the main office.

1. Relaxation Basket (L'oocitine gift set, bathrobe, eye masks, pillow spray, various bath products)
2. Helicopter (Battery operated remote control plane, batteries)
3. CD/IPOD/Stereo Player (Sony)
4. Tea/Coffee Basket (Teapot, tea, Godiva coffee, two mugs, biscotti and chocolate spoons)
5. Game Night (Sorry, Monopoly, Catch Phrase, Scrabble Flash, Twister, Ants in a Can, Jenga, Simon, Yahtzee)
6. Christmas Dinner (Spode: 4 Dinner plates, 4 Salad plates, 4 Glasses, various napkins, 4 Place mats, Apron, and $25.00 Gift Certificate)
7. Baking Basket (Sur La Table: 4 baking pans (various types), batter dispenser, 4 various spatualas, measuring spoons, measuring cups, napkin, apron, mits, hot chocolate glasses, plus more)
8. DVD Night (Sylvania portable DVD player, and 8-9 DVD's)

Field Trip to the State House

The time has come for our first field trip!!!!!

Tomorrow please remember to bring a bag lunch if you did not order one from school. After the field trip to the State House we will be eating our lunch at the park and then coming back to school.

We need to be in our uniforms!

Let's remember we only need to bring our lunch with us. No toys, phones, anything that will cause a distraction.
